Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY - APPAREL/MERCHANDISE ONLY

Returns are only accepted if there is a default in the product and it must be declared within 24 hours after order has been delivered, otherwise we unfortunately can not accept it. Please email onlyjerky@hotmail.com if you think there is a default in your order & include photos.

Returns are not accepted if the customer has simply changed their mind.

EXCHANGE POLICY - APPAREL/MERCHANDISE ONLY

​

Exchanges are only accepted if the customer has emailed onlyjerky@hotmail.com within 24 hours of receiveing their package with request to exchange an item.

​

Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase and must be unworn, unwashed, and still in original condition with the original tags still attached.

​

The customer is required to cover shipping costs both ways for exchange items and all shipping costs are non-refundable.

​

Adam and Jess are not liable for the loss of any product due to shipping carriers. We recommend returning goods with a tracking number for the shipment.
